Courtyard
Studio
The Courtyard is tucked away just steps from the hustle and bustle of 1st Street - Benicia's premiere down town experience filled with shopping, art galleries, antique shops, and restaurants nestled right alongside the water of the Carquinez Strait.
This space can comfortably hold 20-30 people for cocktail parties or speaking engagements and presentations or even sweet elopements.
We host our floral workshops here and offer individual workstations for participants, as well as have a lovely vintage beer garden table and two benches for your guests to gather.
This space is gated and we can drape the space for a private experience, or leave it open to create a buzz around your offering!
Rental Fee $50/hr min. 3 hours
The Studio is located above the flower shop and boasts some of the most beautiful and soft light. It's great as a workspace, photo studio for lifestyle, branding or headshots.
We've also hosted small intimate dinners and cocktail parties in the space and can accommodate comfortably 10 - 12 people.
This space has a gorgeous balcony kitchenette, full bathroom, and about 600 square feet of usable indoor floor space. There is a separate gated entrance and it is up one flight of stairs.
Rental Fee $75/hr min. 2 hours
